I hope it helps Pat. I’m pretty sure it will. I’ve attempted to provide people with a framework that puts them in the driving seat. I think when you don’t understand WHY you’re doing things it’s all too easy to get disheartened and give up. When you get stuck you need to be equipped to figure out for yourself what to do next to get things moving.
I’m planning on using the website to expand on various points and to clarify things that people struggle with. So there will be support on hand over and above the book. Don’t hesitate to let me know what helps – but more importantly – what doesn’t!
